Sophie was very informative about the process from the beginning. Sophie spent around half a day with each child assessing and took views of school and home. Sophie was good at seeking clarification with any comments made by school and home to support diagnosis. After the report was sent home it was really beneficial to go through the report and parents were invited to this too. Feel that this part of the service is really useful to get context behind scores and understanding the assessments. Sophie had a friendly and calm manner with the children which would have no doubt helped them to relax during the lengthy assessment.
